One of my other web sites is the Stitching Cards forum and gallery. I have been asked by Brigid Ward (in a comment to this blog) how she can add her own pictures to the gallery. It is easy. As long as your card is based on a Stitching Cards pattern you can upload it to the gallery yourself. You just need to complete the simple formality of joining the Stitching Cards forum and then you can post your picture to the gallery.
I always marvel at the many ways forum members find to enhance the Stitching Cards patterns. The addition of decorative borders or the use of decorative papers can make a real difference. Some of my favourites from the recent entries are shown below.

After stitching Emma used artist pencils to colour the roses. The card was made for her great gran to give to the mayoress of Morley (Leeds) as a thanks for the flowers in the town that the mayoress organises.
